Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi arrived at the Nabakrushna Choudhury grounds here a little while ago .

He is here to address an election rally to appeal to people to vote for party candidates in the Lok Sabha and Assembly seats in the second and final phase of polls in Odisha .

This is Rahul’s second visit to the state within a fortnight.- the last being on March 31 when Rahul addressed election rallies in Koraput and Nabarangpur districts.

There is considerable enthusiasm among Congress workers here over Rahul’s visit, which they feel can alter the party’s fortune in Jagatsinghpur district.
