Take a visual tour of Odisha’s ‘paradise unexplored’
Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Tourism has come up with a new captivating video, calling upon people to visit the ‘Paradise Unexplored’.
It says, “We are happy to share a fresh new perspective on our beautiful Odisha! Mountains, waterfalls, lakes, grasslands, oceans, forests – the natural beauty of Odisha is calling you.”
The video was shot by Detour Odisha over a period of 20 days. “We went on an exploration trip, capturing the virgin, untouched beauty of the eastern and southern parts of the state, covering picturesque Koraput and Deomali,” said Sabyasachi Jana, co-founder of Detour Odisha.
The video, which was released during the inauguration of Hockey World League at Kalinga Stadium here on December 1, was posted on social media by Odisha Tourism today.
“Our earlier video on tourism was much appreciated and this time around, we were given a free hand to shoot the unexplored, natural beauty of the state,” said Sabyasachi, who went on the road trip with team members and the Detourers, Vinay Pateel, Ashesh Sahoo, Galysen Wangdi, Kartik Aruda and Sophia Simon.
The video tells the story of a busy city folk, longing for a break, meandering through the nature’s bounty on a skating board, while capturing the serene ambience and beauty of waterfalls, lake and the forests. The smiling tribals, children taking a ride on the skating board and the folk dances of the state, are there to charm the viewers, while they soak in their magic.
“While this video is of 2.13 minutes, a smaller version of 30 seconds will soon be released as an ad of Odisha Tourism,” added Sabyasachi.
This video, which already has 1.9K likes on Facebook, is true to Odisha Tourism’s tagline, ‘Scenic, Serene, Sublime’.
