The Public Sector Enterprises Board (PSEB) today appointed Tapan Kumar Chand as the chairman and managing director (CMD) of Odisha-based public sector Aluminium major National Aluminium Company (Nalco).

Chand, who is presently the director of Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL), Vishakhapatnam unit, will take charge of his new assignment very soon.
