Tragic! Two kids drown while taking bath in pond in Odisha

Nabarangpur: In a tragic incident, two minor girls met watery grave in Odisha’s Nabarangpur district today.

The deceased below five had gone to take bath in a pond in Maliguda village under Dabugaon block in the district. However, the duo slipped into the water and drowned.

Sources said, the eldest among the deceased Lalita (5) is the daughter of one Podan Kolar and the other Julita (3) is the daughter of Jalandhar Kolar.

A pall of gloom descended on the village after the incident.
