Wishes pour in for Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik on his birthday

Bhubaneswar: Wishes started pouring in for Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today on his birthday as he turned 72.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and BJD MP Baijayant Panda were among those who took to Twitter to wish Patnaik on this occasion.

Internationally acclaimed sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik also wished the Odisha CM on his birthday through a sand art on Puri sea beach.

Several BJD ministers, MLAs, administrators, police officers and hundreds of BJD workers wished Patnaik at his residence Naveen Nivas where he cut a cake.

“I would like to express my deep gratitude for all the people who have wished me on my birthday. I will continue to work hard for the development and welfare of the people of our state,” Patnaik said.

A blood donation camp has been organised at the BJD headquarters here on the occasion.
