4 Cong workers arrested in Paradip

Paradip, Apr 23:

The police today arrested four Congress workers on charges of triggering post-poll violence in the Maduban locality of Port Township here on April 20.

The arrested persons had  assaulted a local BJD worker over poll-related issues, police said.

The ruling party had staged a demonstration in front of the local police station a day after the incident demanding the arrest of the culprits.
