Bhubaneswar: Odisha reported a marginal spike in daily COVID-19 cases with 528 fresh infections in last 24 hours, informed the State Information & Public Relation Department here today.
Of new cases from 21 districts, 73 infectees are between 0-18 age group. While 310 cases were reported from different quarantine centres, 218 were the local contacts.
Total 69,030 samples were tested yesterday and the COVID-19 TPR stood at 0.76% in the State.
Khordha district continues to be in top in terms of highest number of daily COVID cases. The district registered 243 fresh cases followed by Cuttack district with 69 cases in a single day.
