BJP to demonstrate across Odisha on July 29

Odisha unit of BJP today said that it will stage demonstrations across all 314 blocks of the state to highlight the failure of the State Government across several fronts including irregularity in National Food Security Act (NFSA) beneficiary selection.

“May it be Kandhamal shootout or the malnourishment in Nagada, this government has failed on all fronts. We will stage demonstrations against the government at all 314 block headquarters to highlight these issues,” said Odisha BJP President Basant Panda.

He further added that his party will take up issues such as input subsidy to drought affected farmers and the non-inclusion of Odisha farmers in the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana during these demonstrations.
