Debaraj Panda, an officer of the Indian Railway Traffic Service has joined as new Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of East Coast Railway (ECoR).
Prior to his new posting Panda was serving as Chief Safety Officer of ECoR at Bhubaneswar. Panda, a Post Graduate in Economics from JNU, joined Indian Railways in 1987.
He has had the distinction of serving as Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) at Sambalpur and also at Bilaspur.
