HSC exam comes to an end in Odisha, scanning of objective papers begin

Scanning of objective papers have begun after the annual High School Certificate (HSC) examination conducted by Board of Secondary Education (BSE) came to an end today.

As per information provided by BSE President Dakshya Prasad Nanda, the evaluation of the answer papers will begin from March 11. The board has selected 67 e-school centres across the state to carry out this activity.

Out of the 58,123 teachers of 8,233 schools that had registered online with the BSE for answer sheet evaluation, BSE has tasked 16,000 teachers for the job.

Notably, the examination began on February 22. This year 6, 01,348 students appeared in the annual examination at 2,882 centres. Of them 5, 63, 220 students are regular students and 26, 023 students are ex-regular students.
