Odisha: 10 persons injured in bus-truck collision in Ganjam

Berhampur: As many as 10 persons were injured when a bus hit a truck from behind near Nuagaon in Ganjam district this afternoon.

Of the injured, one person is in critical condition and has been shifted to Chhatrapur hospital whereas other injured passengers were administered preliminary treatment at the Ganjam Primary Health Care.

As per reports, the bus, namely ‘Silk City’ was going towards Bhubaneswar from Berhampur. While overtaking a truck near the Tata Showroom in Nuagaon, the bus hit it from behind.

Locals present at the spot came to the rescue of bus passengers and immediately brought them out of the vehicle.
