“The state now has an ineffective government. The head of the government is controlled by IAS officers. The protection of Dharma is under threat in the reign of this government. The Chief Minister rules the state even though he doesn’t understand a thing. The country will be safe when the Dharma is safe and it is the job of those who rule to protect the dharma,” said the highest Guru of Sanatan Dharma.

Speaking on the occasion of pran-pratishtha of Hanuman idol at Chintamanishwar temple in Bhubaneswar, the Puri seer expressed his deep anguish over the inability of the government to  stop the mismanagement of the affairs of the Jagannath temple administration.

“The government is dancing to the tunes of temple administration and daita niyog. What can be more unfortunate than this? Some members of the land mafia have encroached on the property of Shankacharya Mutt in Puri, but the government has been a mute spectator. The Chief Minister is asleep while the entire administration has come to a standstill,” he added.

The event was also attended by Odisha Tourism Minister Ashok Panda, Former Mayor Mihir Kumar Mohanty among others
