Student arrested with gun, bullets in Odisha’s Cuttack

Cuttack, Aug 13:

Twin City Commissionerate police today arrested a student from Odisha’s Cuttack and seized a gun and bullets from his possession.

According to reports, the Quick Action Team (QAT) of the Commissionerate police raided several places in the city where a Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) student was arrested from Markat Nagar area. A mouser and live bullets were seized from his possession.

Besides, the team also arrested two persons from Badambadi area for possession of marijuana.

The surprise raids were carried out on the instructions of Commissioner YB Khurania, sources said.
