Suspected terror link: NIA releases Odisha man
Cuttack: National Investigation Agency (NIA) which had detained Akhtar Hussain Khan, a resident of Samantarapur village in Kishan Nagar area of Odisha’s Cuttack district, released him after questioning.
Khan has been released this evening after questioning, informed Cuttack SP (Rural) Madhab Chandra Sahu.

“NIA has released Akhtar Hussain Khan after questioning. The NIA handed him over to his family. If the need arises he will be again summoned for questioning. The matter is under investigation,” Sahu told reporters.
A six-member team of the NIA from Kolkata picked up Khan from his rented house at around 4 AM today after raiding it.
