Tragic: Man, 2 sons killed in road mishap in Odisha

Khordha: Tragedy struck a family of Malipada area of Khordha after a man and his two sons were killed in a road mishap late last night.

The deceased have been identified as Krushna Patala Singh and his two sons Sanjay and Bikram.

Sources said, when the trio was returning from Bhubaneswar, a mini truck hit their bike at Gada Khordha on NH-16 late last night. While Krushna died on the spot, his two sons were rushed to a hospital here. However the two succumbed to injuries while undergoing treatment at the hospital.

Meanwhile, Khordha police have seized the bodies and begun an investigation into the incident. The cops also seized the truck and launched a manhunt to nab the absconding driver and helper.
