Weather forecast: Thunderstorm, rainfall likely in 13 Odisha districts

Bhubaneswar: Thunderstorm accompanied by rainfall will lash 13 Odisha districts, according to the forecast of Regional Meteorological Centre today.

One or two parts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Gajapati, Jagatsinghpur, Jajpur, Kalahandi, Kendrapara, Keonjhar, Koraput, Mayurbhanj, Malkangiri, Nabarangpur and Rayagada will witness light to moderate thunderstorm and lightning.

Light to Moderate rainfall and surface wind gusting at 30-40 kmph will also occur in these areas, as per the latest weather bulletin.

Such weather conditions are likely between 12 noon and 3 pm this afternoon.
