Youth shoots self after quarrel with mother in Odisha

Bargarh: A young man killed himself following a spat with his mother in Kalami village of Ambabhona tehsil, here late last night.

The deceased has been identified as Rakesh, who was a driver by profession.

According to the reports, the victim committed suicide with the help of a pistol, following a verbal spat with his mother. The police recovered a shell and two bullets from the spot. However, the whereabouts of the pistol used in the incident are unknown.

While the body has been sent for autopsy, a case has been registered and the police has launched an investigation into the matter.
