Five mobile health clinics flagged off in Ganjam

Chhatrapur: In order to provide better healthcare services to people, the Ganjam district administration today launched five mobile health clinics. Ganjam District Collector Vijay Amruta Kulange flagged off the five mobile health clinics at the Collectorate.

A Doctor, Pharmacist and health worker will be deployed in each mobile health clinics.

While Chhatrapur, Berhampur and Bhanjanagar sub divisions will get one mobile health clinic each, two vans will be deployed in Berhampur Municipal Corporation, informed the Ganjam Collector.

Equipped with oxygen cylinders, the five mobile health clinics were donated by Tata Steel.

A total of 133 ambulances including 89 vans have been given to panchayats in Ganjam district.
