Man killed, son critical in bike-truck collision in Odisha’s Keonjhar

Keonjhar: In a tragic incident, a person died and his son sustained critical injuries after the motorcycle on which they were travelling collided head-on with a truck at Bilepada under Joda police limits in Odisha’s Keonjhar district late last night.

The mishap took place when the father-son duo was returning home on the two-wheeler. A head-on collision between the bike and a Hyva truck killed Sarat Chandra Das and left his son Subrat Das grievously injured.

He was initially admitted to the Keonjhar District Headquarters Hospital (DHH) and later shifted to the SCB College and Medical Hospital in Cuttack as his condition deteriorated.
