[Watch] 2 trucks, pickup van charred following series collisions on NH in Odisha’s Angul

Angul: Two trucks and a pickup van were charred following a series of collisions on the National Highway 149 in Odisha’s Angul district in the morning today.

However, the drivers of all three ill-fated vehicles are safe in the mishap.

According to reports, a trailer carrying heavy pipes enroute from Pallahara to Talcher and a truck were burnt after a head-on collision between the two at 6 am due to dense fog near Satyabandha area on the NH-149. Subsequently, a pickup van caught fire after colliding with two burning vehicles on the highway.

While all drivers and helpers of the vehicles escaped narrowly, the Pallahara firefighters reached the spot and controlled the flames.
