Ornaments worth Rs 2 crore looted from jewellery shop in Odisha

Unidentified robbers looted ornaments worth Rs 2 crore from a jewellery shop at Rangila Chhak in Odisha’s Rourkela city last night.

According to reports, the miscreants looted 20 kg of silver jewelries and 5 kg of gold ornaments from Prasad Zaveri & Son’s Jewellers here after creating a big hole in the wall of the shop.
The looters took away the hard disk of the CCTV cameras installed in the shop before fleeing the spot, sources said.
On being informed, police reached the spot and started investigation.
