Rainfall and thunderstorm to lash 15 Odisha districts today

Bhubaneswar: Though monsoon may get delayed to hit Odisha coast this month, rainfall and thunderstorm are likely in 15 districts of Odisha today.

As per the prediction of Regional Meteorological Centre, moderate thunderstorm and lightning accompanied by moderate rainfall and wind gusting at 30-40 kmph is likely in some parts of Angul, Bargarh, Boudh, Dhenkanal, Gajapati, Ganjam, Jharsuguda, Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Koraput, Malkangiri, Nayagarh, Nuapada, Rayagada and Sonepur.

Such weather conditions are likely to prevail between 2:15 pm and 5:15 pm today, according to the latest weather bulletin.
