Heatwave: Red alert issued for Odisha’s Twin City today

Six employees of Talcher Thermal Power Station (TTPS), a unit of public sector power behemoth National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) in Talcher in Odisha’s Angul district, sustained severe burn injuries when hot ash fell on them accidentally at the unit.

The injured have been admitted to the TTPS hospital where they are undergoing treatment.
