Tragic! Man electrocuted on wedding day in Odisha’s Keonjhar

Keonjhar: A person of Kendua village under Sadar police limits in Odisha’s Keonjhar district was electrocuted on his wedding day, today.

The deceased, identified as Lokanath Mohanty, reportedly came in contact with live electric wire when he was switching off decoration lights.

He was rescued and rushed to the Keonjhar District Headquarters Hospital, where doctor declared him dead.

A pall of gloom descended on the village after the tragic incident.
