Odisha weather update: These 7 districts to experience thunderstorm and lightning

Bhubaneswar: The latest weather bulletin forecasts thunderstorm and lightning for seven more districts of Odisha, today.

According to Regional Meteorological Department, parts of Angul, Boudh, Cuttack, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj and Nayagarh will experience moderate thunderstorm and lightning along with rainfall.

The Met Department prediction also indicates wind gusting at 40 kmph in the said areas.

Such weather conditions are likely to prevail between 6:30 pm and 9:45 pm today.

Such thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and rainfall were foretold for parts of Balasore, Bhadrak, Gajapati,Ganjam, Kandhamal, Koraput, Mayurbhanj and Rayagada, earlier today.
