Odisha’s Bhubaneswar Airport gets ISO certification
Bhubaneswar: The Biju Patnaik International Airport (BPIA) in Odisha capital has been certified as ISO 50001:2018 standard for the energy management system, the Airports Authority of India (AAI) informed today.
This is a result of the airport’s laudable efforts to achieve the highest standards in energy management operations, the AAI said.

The certification is valid till September 13, 2023.
Last year, the Bhubaneswar Airport had bagged the Airport Service Quality (ASQ) 2018 award for being the ‘Best Airport’.
