Thunderstorm, rainfall to lash 5 Odisha districts today

Bhubaneswar: Five districts of Odisha are likely to witness thunderstorm and rainfall today, as per the latest weather bulletin.

Some parts of Angul, Cuttack, Dhenkanal, Khordha (including Bhubaneswar) and Nayagarh will experience moderate thunderstorm and lightning, according to forecast of Regional Meteorological Department.

Light to moderate rainfall and gusty wind at 40 kmph is also likely in these areas.

Such weather conditions are likely to prevail between 4:40 pm and 7:30 pm this evening, the weathermen predicted.
