Yellow Warning: Dense fog very likely to occur in these Odisha districts on February 13

Bhubaneswar: With no significant synoptic system lying over the region, dense fog is very likely to occur at one or two places over at least 10 districts of Odisha during the next 24 hours, India Meteorological Department (IMD) regional centre in Bhubaneswar forecasted today.

In its mid-day bulletin, the IMD said, “Minimum temperatures observed appreciable rise at a few places over the districts of North Odisha, at one or two places over the districts of South Interior Odisha and no large change at elsewhere over the districts of Odisha. They were markedly above normal at one or two places over the districts of Interior Odisha, appreciably above normal at a few places over the districts of Interior Odisha, above normal at one or two places over the districts of Interior Odisha, below normal at one or two places over the districts of Odisha and normal at elsewhere over the districts of Odisha.”

Temperature forecast: No major change in minimum (night) temperature during next 4-5 days at many places over the districts of Odisha.

The highest maximum (day) temperature of 34.5°C was recorded at Malkangiri and the lowest minimum (night) temperature of 14.6°C was recorded at Angul in the plains of Odisha.

For Monday (Valid up to 0830 hrs IST of 13.02.2024)

Light rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Bargarh, Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, and dry weather is very likely to prevail over the rest districts of Odisha.

Yellow Warning (Be Updated):

Dense fog is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Kalahandi, Kandhamal, Nayagarh, Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Bargarh, Deogarh, Sambalpur, Subarnapur and Bolangir.

For Tuesday (Valid from 0830 hrs IST of 13.02.2024 to 0830 hrs IST of 14.02.2024)

Dry weather is very likely to prevail over the districts of Odisha.
