Bhubaneswar: After the roaring success of maiden endeavour ‘Ahe Nilashaila’, Choklate Productions is here to regale the audience with its second play ‘ODIA DAS’ – a compelling tale set in a future where linguistic diversity has faded. The play will be staged on 21st December (Thursday) and 22nd December (Friday) twice daily at 6 pm and 8 pm at Rabindra Mandap in Bhubaneswar.

The script entails the story of Odia Das, the last speaker of Odia, battling against time and apathy to save his native language. This poignant drama urges people to reflect on the power of language, heritage, and the indomitable spirit of those who fight for them.

The play attempts to preserve Odia language, theatre and culture.
