Heat Wave in Odisha: Boudh boils at 45°C; Warning issued for several districts for tomorrow

Bhubaneswar: Odisha continues to sizzle under intense heat wave conditions as Boudh district recorded a maximum temperature of 45°C, the highest in the state today.

Mercury touched/ crossed 40°C mark at 25 places of Odisha while nine places registered maximum temperature of/ more than 44°C.

Below is list of maximum temperature recorded at all stations of Odisha.

On the other hand, the Regional Meteorological Centre here has issued heat wave warning for several districts of Odisha for tomorrow.

“Heat wave condition very likely to prevail at one or two places over the districts of Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Bargarh, Sonepur, Boudh and Bolangir tomorrow,” the Meteorological Centre said.
