Odisha: This dist HQ hospital shut for 3 days after COVID-19 detection

Kendrapara: The District Headquarters Hospital in Odisha’s Kendrapara will remain closed for three days w.e.f 4 pm of August 21.

The District Collector took a decision in this regard after some healthcare workers at the hospital tested positive for COVID-19.

However, fever clinic, casualty, emergency operation theatre and obstetrics operation theatre services will continue during the period, the collector said.

A few Corona cases have been detected among the staff of District Hospital, kendrapara. All the staff of the hospital are being tested. To contain the virus spread effectively, the hospital will stay shut for next 72 hrs. Fever clinic nd emergency services will function as usual pic.twitter.com/IRK4j0CFAT
