Odisha woman slits husband’s genital for objecting to her illicit affair

Angul: A woman allegedly cut her husband’s genital after he opposed her extra-marital affair. The incident occurred at Kandasar village under Nalco police limits in Odisha’s Angul district.

According to reports, Parama Muduli of Dandia Sahi at Kandasar village learned about his wife’s illicit affair with someone. The couple indulged in a serious argument over the issue last night following which the irate wife chopped off her husband’s genital.

The victim was rushed to the Angul District Headquarters Hospital for treatment.

“My wife (Sukanti Muduli) has a relationship with another man. When I objected to it, she slit my genital with a knife. To save my life, I managed to run from the house and rushed to the police station. The police suggested me to undergo treatment first as I was severely bleeding. Then, I went to the hospital for treatment,” Muduli said, adding “I will lodge a complaint against my wife, furnishing the prescription.”
