Rainfall likely to drench these places in Odisha today

Bhubaneswar: Light to moderate rain/thundershower is likely to occur in several districts of Odisha today, the Regional Meteorological Centre forecasted.

Most places over the districts of coastal Odisha, many places over the districts of north Interior Odisha and few places over the districts of south interior Odisha are likely to experience light to moderate rain/thundershower, the Meteorological Centre said.

Heavy rainfall very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Cuttack, Jajpur, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapada and Puri, it predicted, adding that thunderstorm with lightning with gusty surface wind speed reaching 30-40 kmph very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of coastal Odisha, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Dhenkanal, Boudh and Kandhamal.
