66 more succumb to COVID-19 in Odisha; Khordha highest at 21

Bhubaneswar: As many as 66 more persons succumbed to COVID-19 taking the toll to 4,861 in Odisha so far.

The State Health & Family Welfare Department informed it today after due completion of death audit process in last 24 hours.

Odisha adds 64 more COVID-19 deaths; Highest from Khordha

The fatalities were reported from 13 districts today. While Khordha registered highest 21 single-day deaths, 10 each died of the virus in Bargarh and Sundargarh districts.

Similarly, 8 died due to COVID-19 infection in Balasore district, 7 in Sambalpur and 2 each in Bhadrak and Mayurbhanj districts. The virus claimed 1 each in Balangir, Cuttack, Ganjam, Jagatsinghpur, Kalahandi and Puri districts.
