Annual Mine Safety Fortnight 2022-23 concludes at NTPC Dulanga

Sundargarh: The 14-day long celebration of Annual Mine Safety Fortnight 2022-23 concluded yesterday at Dulanga coal mine operated by State-owned power giant National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC). Sridhar Jena, AGM (O&M) was Chief Guest of the function.

On this occasion, Safety Officer Rajesh Ranjan shared a safety report with all the attendees and highlighted the events and actions taken in the last 14 days. Following his address, Mine Manager Sadananda Chary Utnoori appreciated the workers for their dedication and commitment towards safety. He advised all the employees to continue adhering to safety norms and procedures.

A prize-distribution ceremony was also held for a number of competitions, including ones for safety songs and poster-making competitions under various categories. Employees received rewards for their contributions to safety.
