Heat wave conditions to make comeback in Odisha from May 15

Bhubaneswar: Several parts of Odisha may sizzle under heat wave conditions from May 15 as the Regional Meteorological Centre has issued Yellow Warning in this regard.

Heat wave very likely to prevail at a few places over the districts of Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur and Angul on May 15, the Meteorological Centre forecasted.

Heat wave very likely to prevail at a few places over the districts of Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Angul, Sonepur, Boudh and Bolangir on May 16, the Meteorological Centre added.

No large change in maximum temperature (day temperature) during the next 3 days and very likely to rise by 2-4 degree Celsius at many places over the districts of Odisha in subsequent 2 days, it said in its temperature forecast.
