Odisha CM congratulates Modi, Jaitley on Gujarat, Himachal win

Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley for the mandate to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the Assembly polls held in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh.

Patnaik this afternoon called up Modi and Jaitley to convey his message on the election victory.

Besides, Patnaik also took to Twitter to share this.

Worth mentioning, BJP today registered a record sixth straight victory in Gujarat Assembly Elections. The latest figures showed that BJP has won 93 seats and leading in 6 others, while the Congress has secured 75 seats and leading in 2 others. Similarly in Himachal Pradesh, the saffron party also emerged as the winner. Till evening, BJP has won 27 seats and is leading in 17 seats, and Congress has won 15 seats and is leading in 6 seats.
