Odisha govt to impart training to DL applicants

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government will impart road safety-related training to the Driving Licence (DL) applicants.

The Transport Commissioner had earlier written to the State Government seeking permission in this regard. The proposal was approved by the Transport Department of the government, yesterday.

The trailing will include road behaviour, first aid and road  safety awareness.

It will be imparted to the DL aspirants in all RTOs, Additional RTOs and Assistant RTOs in the state.
