Odisha MLA Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak tests COVID positive

Bhubaneswar: Mahakalapada MLA Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak has tested positive for COVID-19, the legislator informed today.

“My report of COVID test conducted by the Odisha Assembly yesterday came positive. I am asymptomatic and undergoing treatment as per the advice of doctor,” Nayak said.

The MLA urged his will wishers not to worry about his condition.

Notably, more than 50 MLAs in the state have contracted the virus so far.
