Odisha reports 3 more COVID-19 positive cases; count rises to 394

Bhubaneswar: Three more persons tested positive for the deadly coronavirus in Odisha taking the total count to 394, said Health and Family Welfare Department.

The fresh cases belong to Cuttack, Jajpur and Mayurbhanj districts. Contact tracing and followup action is underway, said Government officials.

With the new cases, Cuttack now has total 3 cases (2 active), Jajpur has total 61 cases  including 59 active cases and Mayurbhan has so far reported total nine cases (all active). It is pertinent to mention here that Ganjam district has reported highest 137 cases, including 1 death.

Out of the total count of 394 in the state, the number of active cases is 306 while 85 patients have rerecorded.  Meanwhile, three patients have died of the disease so far.
