These areas of Odisha achieve100% first dose of Covid vaccination

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government today stated its has achieved 100% first dose of Covid vaccination in two municipal corporations and five blocks in the State.

Officials at the Health and Family Welfare department said the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation and the Berhampur Municipal Corporation have administered the first dose of the vaccine to its 100% populace.

Also, all residents in Reamal block in Deogarh district, Belaguntha block in Ganjam district and Tikabali, G. Udayagiri, and Raikia blocks of Kandhamal district were provided with the first dose, the Health and Family Welfare Department officials added.

Till now, the State has reported 10,34,634 Covid cases. Of them 10,21,742 patients have recovered and as many as 8,282 deaths have been reported due to the disease.
